Enjoy a truly French experience with these exquisite mini Fossier biscuits presented in a pretty pink-colored tin box. The biscuit de Reims is a delicate powdered and crisp biscuit of a pale rose, made according to a 300 year-old recipe with natural ingredients such as fresh eggs, sugar and flour. The biscuit of Reims goes perfectly with champagne or red wine but also with tea or coffee. This tin holds 40 mini biscuits. (3.88 oz)

The biscuits de Reims date from 1756 and are the specialty of the city of Reims, also famous for its cathedral, Notre dame de Reims. Notre Dame de Reims played a very important role in French history as it was the place where the kings of France were crowned. In 1429, Charles VII was crowned in the cathedral of Reims in the company of Joan of Arc. Reims is also world-famous for its champagne as it is one of the centers of champagne production.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, eggs, egg whites, ammonium carbonate, natural flavor, artificial color.
