Indulge yourself in these exquisite coconut macaroons from France. They are prepared by the Biscuiterie Fossier, a biscuit shop founded in 1845 in Reims that has been making the biscuit de Reims for 300 years. The delightful bite-size treats are light and crispy and can be enjoyed at any moment. (4.23 oz)

Macarons originally came from Venetia, Italy and made their first appearance in France during the Renaissance. Macarons can be oval-shape or round and are always composed of almonds, sugar, and egg whites. They became the specialty of many regions of France, including the north-east of France where they are made by the Biscuiterie Fossier that was founded in 1845 in Reims and has been making the biscuits de Reims or rose biscuits for centuries.

Ingredients: sugar, coconut, egg whites. May contain traces of wheat, soy, almonds, hazelnuts.
