All our products are made in France and in order to maintain their high quality and freshness, we ship directly from our shop in Toulouse, France to your doorstep via FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Economy.

Delivery Options:

With FedEx International Priority, delivery averages 2 business days for North America, 1-2 business days for Europe, 2 business days for Japan and 2-4 business days for Australia.
We now have a more economical shipping method available called FedEx International Economy. With FedEx International Economy, delivery averages 2-5 business days and your shipping fees are approximately 30% cheaper than with FedEx International Priority.

What shipping Charges Cover:

Our shipping charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, doing the paperwork required for international shipping, packing the purchased item(s) and transportation from France as well as the fuel surcharge. Please know that we do not make any money on shipping costs.


Shipping Process:

As soon as your order is placed, it will immediately be processed.  If the items you ordered are in stock and the order is received before 10 a.m. U.S Central Time, your package is shipped the same day.  Orders received after 10 a.m. U.S Central Time are shipped the next business day.

Our top notch shipping service does not end with our punctuality. We also guarantee our products are carefully wrapped and placed in a high quality box with strong and resistent packaging materials. 

As soon as your package has been shipped from France, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. With this tracking number, you will be able to check on the progress of the shipment on FedEx's website. Upon delivery a signature will be required.

FedEx Policy:

Please note that FedEx does not ship to P.O boxes and shipping services only occur Monday through Friday and are subject to interruptions on French and recipient country holidays.
